Tic Time

I had been looking for a new watch since

December 2010 and I went into Tic Time to talk to them and see what was available. Spoke to Sam and his wife Hootie and what wonderful people they are. I explained to them I was looking for a watch (of Course) but didn't know which one. Well anyways I finally made a decision and called to see if they could get it. They had to order one (it was a Tissot) and said it would be in in about 10 working day. Did hear from them so I gave a call. Sam called the Tissot and then got back to me. The watch did not ship yet, but I was patient and said just give me a call when it comes in. Two days later he called me again to apologize and told me when it does arrive he would make things right. Well he did and I love the watch. I will tell you these people are people that care about their customers and I will be a life long one. Give them a try you won't be disappointed
