Overall

Had some serious restoration done on my 2013 ACURA TL. After several months it required additional attention. Dylan could not have been more terrific in taking care of the problem..immediately. Not a question asked. I must give Marks a 5 star rating for customer satisfaction all the way. And it looks beautiful!

I had an issue with scratches on the front bumper of our leased Prius. I was given an estimate with no appointment and everyone in the process was super friendly and professional. I was given the option of trying to buff it out or do a full repair. To make a long story short, the buff worked perfectly and was done in very short order. No one likes going to the body shop, but I guarantee if I ever have the need again, this is where I will be going.

I took my Kia Rio in for an insurance claim (not my fault), and when issues came up, I was treated as though I should have been happy with the work since it was only a Kia. I easily noticed that the rear bumper trim piece had surface blemishes and bowed out on both sides about ¼ inch. When I said something, that’s when Dylan said, “well it’s a Kia, not a Mercedes”. It seems obvious to me, since I noticed the issues within seconds of looking at the work, that they knew the trim piece had problems and they were just hoping I would not notice it. After they reluctantly got a replacement trim, and it bad too, they found out that there was a bad batch of parts and other people were rejecting them also. After a third trim piece, Dylan said it was up to me and the insurance company to sort out. I didn’t bother to mention to them that the body work on the trunk lid was of poor quality. There was a corner around the license plate that was not rounded to original specs.

If I could give Mark's Auto 7 stars I would. They are very professional and truly care about their customers. Thank you Dylan for your excellent work and customer service. You were so helpful and did exactly what you said you would do.
