Sad to say I got braces here and they don't have anyone to finish my treatment. The doctor here never told me he wasn't an orthodontist and that he was just a regular dentist. My teeth look worse than when I started. He left the office for reasons unknown . The owner/dentist Epiphania Nicholas is a liar. She pretends she's going to take care of it and get my treatment finished and then she avoids me for months. I've had braces mostly all of last year with zero maintenance done by this office. She literally told me my contract was with the doctor who left and she acts like she has no responsibility to finish my braces. I was a cash paying patient and I paid in full. My teeth have gaps, they're crooked and my bite isn't aligned. The staff there are unprofessional. They hang up in your face when you ask about information to report them to the Dental Board.
