Their word has no value. Do not Trust them. They make verbal commitments, but then will say "well, we never put it in writing".

I just recently closed a deal on our new property. Well it was just a land deal, but what a smooth transaction. Not sure what the other person is referring do, not to mention she's not very articulate. Probably just and angry kid.



Anyways all my documents were even uploaded online so I could see every step. It was great! I had to get a copy of one of them to email to someone and it was much easier since I could log on and grab it myself.



This is the second property, first being my house, that I've done thru C21 Lois Lauer and both times (2 different agents) went very smooth. My sister bought her house through them as well, and sold their house thru them because of my experience and she was just as impressed.

the agents that did work there forged my name many,many times! the main agent fled the state when i filed a lawsuit..the other agent left or had to leave..the broker left or had to leave ..the main agent and broker got out of the ethic committee..the other agent stayed in,as well as the agent in the same office that bought my house...you wouldnt believe all they said and did..and got away with all of it too!! they say you are crazy if you fight them..go ahead and find out for yourself if you like,but i wish i knew of the lies,denials,forgeries and alot more !!! if you do get burned,hire councel out of this corrupt area!!!( or you will be screwed even more)

at least lois doesnt or the head honcho there that says hed like to help you,but we did nothing wrong!! ok, if you think many forgeries arent wroong, you are a horrible business person! deny,deny and deny some more...then say you are crazy..when you just wanted to move and sell your house!!! if you think you can get justice for their wrongs, you cant..we tried! hire a lawyer out of the area...i might have prevailed if i did that!!! the local ones are not for justice...the ones i got anyway!! tried 3 of them!!! it was about the principal and hating being a victim more than anything..yet, money and power prevail....hope to god there is karma...if so, the agents,broker, top dogs are screwed..however, all i can do is warn you!!
