LOVE LeRoys! especially the one on state street in redlands. all of the employees are so nice. except for the manager, she has a attitude every time i go in there.(there is another girl that works there, the manager is the taller one of the two: and a little bigger, if you go in often you probably know who I'm talking about,) the other girl (has glasses, dont know her name :/) is so nice she is also very helpful. for the other guys that work there they seem very nice as well its mainly the girls who help me find what I'm looking for. but my husband says when him and our boys go in the guys are very helpful with the products they sell. also, they have remodeled the store last october and it looks amazing a lot better than it use to me.

Customer service was horrible. They have a bad exchange policy. We bought my daughter Toms for Christmas and she lost the tags when opened on Christmas morning. I had the actual receipt though and the rude manager would still not exchange the shoes for another size even though they were brand new, had a receipt and were within the 30 day exchange window. Do not give them your business.
