Best BBQ you can get. I am surprised that a chain like this has legitimately won numerous awards. Service is always friendly. My favorite part is that the food is very consistent each visit. You must go!

My only problem is that it is too good so it gets very crowded. A 2 hour can happen at peak dining times but usually you get seated right away off peak. You can also get to go and I have had that ready in 5 minutes. Nothing better than picken up a bunch of BBQ from here to bring home!

We tried to make reservations for 18. They do not take reservations. Sent part of our group at 5:30p.m to sign in and waited till 7:30 to be seated. Area was cold next to exterior wall. Food and service was good to great but the no reservations...we won't be back with group ever again, 2 hours is to long and specially since we could see were we where seated was available for 45 minutes before we where seated. So, if your a large group don't do it!
