        Overall

        I called because our washing machine had stopped working. I was trying to decide whether to repair or replace since the machine was quite old. The woman who answered the phone at Homeline (I believe her name was Kim?) was outstanding. She gave me a very rough idea of minimum repair cost, then just out of the goodness of her heart, helped me look at new washers online to find one that fit our needs. Outstanding customer service -- really above and beyond, since I had decided to buy new and not repair. It left me with such a positive impression that they will be the people I call when I have a repair need in the future.

        straightforward, honest service

        This is the most straighforward, honest place of business I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

        I wish more people were as concerned with customer service as they are here. I will recommend them to eveyone I know.
