        Goes the extra mile. When the manufacturer of my hot water heater sent a defective part he stayed on them until they OverNighted it and then he came and fixed it without me having to arrange for an appointment Because he was tracking the package. He does everything to Code of course and the installation was approved by the state- no problem. Old school professional.
