Xpert Hair Cuts

I have never been treated as poorly at a business as I was at the store next to Target. The manager, Stephanie, was very disrespectful to me and my son when we asked for help with a small problem with his haircut. She wasn't pleasant to the girls in there working either. It was a very uncomfortable experience to say the least and we will not be back. I don't know who owns this place but they will lose considerable business if they don't reign this horrible woman in.

I have used this location for years. Liked their location next to, target , and their quick service. This past Sunday I received my first bad haircut. I went in on the next Saturday to get it smoothed out. The management said I was over their 3 day limit to fix problems. I let them know I worked Monday through Friday this is this first opportunity to come in. They let me know that they let the girl go that cut my hair. Had other problems. They would not fix my bad cut with out charging for full hair cut . Would of taken 5 min. Now lost a customer and have a honest but bad review. Poor business decision .
