We are used to our dog being at the groomers for 4+ hours without a potty break, which is totally unfair to the dog. They did an amazing job here and he was finished in 1 hour & 15 mins! Amazing service - when you make an appt, they get you right in, too.

I took my 9 month shih tzu puppy, Charlie Browne Hunter in for his very first groom! Tho I painfully combed all the knots from his long fine baby hair the night before he was full of knots by the time he got to groomers 😢 they took it in stride & his groomer, Lauren took him in the back so he wouldn't be so nervous & did her magic on a very playful pup who loves to play, kiss etc. Thru it all the dryer & clippers he did pretty good for his very first groom & Lauren did an excellent job with his puppy cut.. He is so beautiful no nicks or chop chop a perfect cut.. I recommend this place 100% thank u, Lauren, for being so patient & for such an awesome groom. Kathy and her staff really know how to make my little ones feel at ease and calm, They are always able to fit in a "last minute appointment" when needed. And always do a wonderful job making them smell so good and feeling so soft I wouldn't go anywhere else, and you won't find a better price for grooming around I won't leave my little ones with just anyone but I've never had a problem leaving them with Kathy because I know they are being well taken care of while in their care.
