Stay far away from this place! I took a sterling silver necklace there to get repaired, and when I picked it up, my 16" necklace was 18". I called them to find out if they perhaps broke my chain accidentally during the repair process and replaced it with another, longer; sterling silver chain and they denied it saying that it was the same necklace I brought in. I know what I own. I bought that necklace specifically due to its 16" length and they had the nerve to try to argue with me, and they were very condescending as well. Regardless of whatever miscommunication they have going on there amongst their staff, the bottom line is; I paid for a service and I was not happy with it. Instead of trying to make it right, they told me I could come back in and PAY to have it shortened, after I already paid for the repair. Very unrepeatable establishment.

This shop may be small but the owner and employees really go to great lengths to give you what you want. I have purchased many items from R. Norris. Ron does custom work and I have a custom engagement ring that he made for me. I purchased all my bridesmaid's gifts from his shop. I bought my sister's college graduation gift, a pearl necklace-I even got to hand pick the pearls, from this store. I have purchased a sapphine bracelet. I have had things repaired here. This is a great shop. The owner is very much down to earth and the employees do not try to sell you everything. They are very laid back and don't push any sales. Great company! I recommended this to several others and they have all had great experiences as well.
