From the moment I walked in the door the staff was attentive and friendly..will definetly be back as prices are great and quality of their boots is top notch!can't believe how large the store is and how much they carry...my new one stop shop

I have a lot of boots and have to say until they got me into a proper fitting boot here i didnt know how great a broke in boot could feel. Ive been going here for a few years now. I was told originally they had closed down after they moved from cape horn and thankfully that was wrong. There is no better place around here to get boots or a quality had and even if you dont know exactly what you want they will help you the whole way through.

Great boots, awful customer service. My husban took his hat there to get cleaned and re-shaped for his grandfathers funeral. The next day when he returned home after picking it up and purchasing boots, he noticed that the inside of the hat was ruined by the black cleaner they used, and not reshaped at all. He was extremely polite when he called and talked to the owners wife, who was apologetic and instructed to call her husband, the owner, a few days later. So my husband called back a few days later and requested to speak to the owner about his hat and what they could do, and the mananger on duty was extremely rude. Before he could say anything more she told my husband that she 'heard all about him', how it is his fault that he did not check his hat at the store and that he was probably just lying that they ruined his hat!! then she says how she has never even seen him in the store and he just wants a free pair of boots. He sat on the phone stunned that someone, especially a small business employee, would speak to a customer that way who never even raised his voice to her. He replied that he was new to the area so he could not have ever come in before, and that she was rude to presume that he wanted a free pair of boots. Then she says all they can do is refund the $7 for 'fixing' the hat. My husbands hat cost him over $100. Severly dissapointed. My husband is a very nice man, who did not curse, accuse, raise his voice or demand anything for free. You are encouraged to support local business, and they just treat you like crap because really, what are they going to do? So dissapointed and enraged that he was talked to like that.
