Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation

I applied for a Spv. job here recently. They called - set interview with the Adm. we'll call 'J'. I arrived on time, we talked for over 1.5 hrs & interview went well, along with a walk-thru of the facility, which looked 'dumpy' but not terrible. A few days later, I get invited for a 2nd interview - this time with the 'Regional Maint. Mgr' - I show up again & it was like night & day. this 'man' clearly had no professional attitude, clearly didnt want to be there & was very arrogant in questions & tone. This interview lasted 10 MINUTES! no hand-shake upon end nor 'thank you' etc. 'you can go now..' I was very unimpressed with a so-called Company Regional Mgr. I hear nothing back. Weeks later, I see a re-newed simular add posted - I called facility & asked for the Adm - 'J' - and was told he was in meeting. I left my name & number by request - 'he will call'. 3 days. no call. Now I can see a pattern developing with this facility - and its a negative towards possible employees. If the Adm here treat potentual emplyess like this, what does that tell you about their thoughts on a loved one...potentially staying...here. Sad.
