Terrible!! Waited in her office for 9 hours. Was told to email her additional paperwork the next day. It took over a week with several emails, text and phone calls to have her finish our taxes. When she did they were done incorrect. I then had to email, call and text several more times to get her to understand she made a mistake. We were promised an amendment in the mail. A week passed and we never received it. When I emailed her she didn't respond until I called her. She promised to email it to me that night but she never did. She said she would sent it in the morning. It's 3:30 pm and still no email. I highly suggest you don't waste your time with this woman. Worst experience ever!
