I don’t know what these ladies are talking about but Aspen Fence has most impressive and respectable group of workers i’ve ever seen. My fence looks beautiful and the price is unbeatable!

I agree, if only there was a zero star! My fence is not straight and they never bothered trying to make it that way. They easily could have cut the picket or use a string line. They left my yard a mess having to literally use an axe to break up cement piles left about. We had an area ready for grass seeding they left looking like a herd of animals ran through. When I complained he called back asking what was he suppose to do about it - told him to rack it - they never did nor return to do it. As we spoke walked to my window to see he placed the call to me as he stood in my own driveway. From day one the guy never looked me in the eye but that was a shocker. They were to leave unused pickets & I watched as they loaded them into their truck. Never got credit for them either. Aspen is also one of the contractors used by Lowe's so beware & ask who is doing the job before going there. Do your self a favor and DO NOT USE ASPEN.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bottom line is don't use them. The only positive is that they are cheaper than others in the area - but the hassle and poor worksmanship cancel out any money you will save. The resale value you lose on your fence is not worth the money you save on getting it installed. They installed our fence incorrectly, tried to get out of fixing it, and it was still wrong when they finished it. All they seemed to care about was getting paid, not whether they followed the contract or did a good job. They still have not returned to fix the latest problem. Don't make the same mistake we did - use someone else!!
