Worthmore's 5 10 25 Cent Store

Amazing that a small town place of business and institution that was around when I was a kid in the late 40s and 50s is still operating and has not changed much. Today there are numerious stores with Dollar in the name, but very few "Old Time" Five & Dime Stores still around and it is really a flash from the past..

Staff and Norman always make one feel welcome. I try to shop there whenever I am in Rayne and need something.

Worthmore's is an amazing place to shop for those things that you just can't do without... And you can't find anywhere~ It is a wonderful "stepping back in time" experience. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Those gals know where everything is in that place! If your heart yearns for an "old fashioned" place with great items and great service.. This is your store~
