Mirar Bella Hair Salon

I went to Mirar Bella Salon for my first time only to be very unhappy with the outcome. I paid for a spiral perm, but what I got was barely a body wave. One side of my hair had virtually no curl at all. On top of that, my haircut was very uneven. I had one side longer than the other and uneven layers. It is very noticeable.

I went into the salon to show the owner who was working at the time. She would not even come over to me to see my hair or even ask me to come over to her so she could take a look. She stood right there and witnessed a very displeased customer who was trying to show her the outcome of my hair service. She totally ignored me like I wasn't important.

The receptionist/fellow stylist tried not to say too much as to not anger her employer or offend the woman who did do my hair who wasn't there that day. I understand she didn't want to be in the middle.

However, what I don't understand is how someone who owns a salon would allow a customer to have such a poor hair job and not stand behind what her employees do because that is a representation of her salon. That hurt me a lot to be treated that way. I never did get anyone over there to give me the time of day, so sadly I had to walk away and lost a lot of money in the process for a job that was very poorly done.

I will not ever go back to this salon or recommend it to any of my friends or family. In closing, anyone who runs a business who wants to stay in business needs to show respect and concern for the customers and consumers who use their service and keep them in business. The way I was treated is an impression I will not soon forget.
