We had a very sick cat and the staff accommodated our urgent need to render emergency aid. The staff was very caring, professional and sympathetic. The staff was careful both with our cat and our budget.
They have also taken great care of our two dogs.
Their pricing is better than others, but they are not cheap.

Took dog in for his rabies and boretella shot. Prior to appointment, they said he needed a third shot which is the annual DAP shot. My husband told them on the phone that we give him the DAP shot and we have record of it. Day of appointment all backup paperwork showing that we give him his annual shot. Last one that we gave him was December 2015. The vet and assistant ignored looking at the paperwork and gave the dog the DAP shot and still charged us $35.00 for a shot that I buy for $6 - 10 at the store. I called them regarding the matter and they told me in two different phone calls that my husband lied. First call, "we didn't see the paperwork until after the shot was given". Second call, "we asked your husband twice if ok to give all three shots". So you can clearly see that they don't have their story straight and are liars. They clearly don't communicate and will NEVER take my dog their again. I would hate to see what would happen if you took your dog there in a emergency. Very unprofessional place and unhappy customer in a small town. They don't even get a star but you have to select at least one to post.
