They do not have fishing licenses even though it is the cost of a piece of copy paper and would make them more of an automatic stop for tackle and bait. When it was suggested to offer licenses, I was told that it was the 21st century and I could do as I please and I was invited to never come back. I called the owner to let him know about his employee's attitude and the owner told me to also never come back and that included my friends and family. Hence my comments on The Rooster Bait and Tackle in Rapid City, SD. Thank you
