DURKIE HEATING AND COOLING

I have a copy of Mr Lytles bill. It was for $125. at which time all options were discussed. Major problems were noted charred plastic exhaust pipe and melted parts near the burner area, that may lead to complete failure in near future. We just like to give the customer options before installing $400 worth of parts. Mr Lytle's anger should be directed at the original installing contractor of the "7 year old" furnace.

My furnace was in need of repair. They called first thing in the morning to let me know when they would be at my home, they were on time, curtious, professional and my furnace was repaired within a half hour. I would definitly recommend Durkie Heating and Cooling.

Very disappointed in the service and treatment after the visit. Technician was more interested in selling me a new furnace (mine was only 7 years old) for $3000 than trying to repair the existing unit. Technician made several dire speculations about the condition of the furnace using only a flashlight as a diagnostic tool. Paid $175 for the service call. Got a second opinon and the furnace was repaired for $335 and is working like new. Called Durkie requesting some kind of refund and was told to "take them to court."
