I don't know why the rating is so bad for this Monicals. I've never had a bad experience here. Anyway, their pizza & breadsticks are always warm & yummy. I love Monicals & this one is no different.

Service was poor and slow. Girl decided to use rubber gloves to put my salad together after she used her bare hands on half of it.

Horrible customer service

The assistant manager there is very unprofessional and rude. You could probably pick up some stranger off of the street and they'd have a better attitude then she did. Very disappointed!!!!

Go to Paxton or Champaign

The Rantoul store has really gone to sh*t. The service sucks, it's nearly impossible to get your order right on the 1st try. The new management is a bigger joke than the last putz they had in there.
