Always had great service from the doctors and staff. They came in on holidays and Sundays to treat my sick bunny. They also provided a number to be reached after hours when I had questions. Excellent service I could no be happier.

I brought my cat George in as he had began suffering from two very swollen, dry and cracked pads on his front paws. His was an unusual condition, one Dr. Diebold had never seen before, but she persevered and discovered his condition was the result of an unusual type of pododermatitis. She prescribed medicinal treatment and tender loving care and like magic the swelling slowly but surely decreased and has disappeared.

Dr. Diebold's staff was so kind and Dr. Diebold took the time to meet me and gave me a grand tour of her beautiful state-of-the-art facility. From there, the rest is history... I made the change and I cannot say enough about Dr Diebold's knowledge, expertise and compassion.

Dr Diebold has an incredible knowledge of animals and their ailments. She assimilates their symptoms and comes up with a diagnosis and treatment plans in situations where other vets have previously been unsuccessful.

I called this place looking to get a check-up for my pet eastern blue tongued skink named Dill. On tuesday I called numerous places including Angell Memorial Hospital, and didn't the warm welcome I was expecting. As soon as I called Compassionate Care I was greeted by a friendly, kind receptionist. We scheduled an appointment for 2:00 thursday. Less than 2 hours after I got off the phone a very personable staff member called asking for the exact species and diet. Today when I went in it was terrific. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for Dill to be seen. Dill was handled so carefully and treated so well by all of the staff. Dr. Joan Diebold was so pleasant yet very professional with Dill, and gave me so much useful information. When it was time to pay the fees they were very affordable. This place is awesome I highly recommend this vet to everyone.
