        I went here in summer 2011 and...

        I went here in summer 2011 and paid upfront for my service. When I got my second bill several months later, they tacked on over 200 dollars in fees and bulls**t services. Do not go Ross Medical Associates, they are a scam. There are other urgent care centers nearby, and I believe one is even in the same plaza. Take your business elsewhere, these scumbags don't deserve your hard earned money.



        The worst part is when I called in to complain - the secretary actually admitted to misleading me! Bring your business elsewhere!!!



        Oh - and when I went in, I had to wait almost an hour for the doctor.

        The doctors are super nice, bu...

        The doctors are super nice, but...the office charges unnecessary fees. My daughter broke her arm, and to see the Ortho doctor we needed copies of the x-rays. They wouldn't send them direct, but I could have them for a price. Seems strange, since I paid for the xrays to begin with. It's like getting a blood test, but not being able to have your results. Sorry...that's extra!
