Things Remembered

I purchased a set of silver base wine glasses and a silver jewelry box custom engraved. About 2 weeks after purchase the glass top on one of the wine glasses fell off and shattered on the floor, when I went to return them I was told there was nothing they could do, one employee accused me of lying saying that I dropped it when he could clearly see that the glass made a clean break from the silver base, the glue used did not hold the glass on securely. After I was accused and a small argument, I contacted the corporate office, to this day I have not received a response. Also 3 months after purchase my jewelry box started to tarnish quickly, cleaning it did nothing, it looks like the silver was chipping or peeling off, like it was a cheap coating. I did not even attempt to return this item as from my previous experience.



BUYER BEWARE! This company sells cheap items at big prices and when you have a problem they will do nothing to help you!
