Rancho Verde Village Apts

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived at. The management is rude, ignorant and completely incompetent. They are unable to do simple tasks like spell someones name right, pull up a new lease or deposit your rent. If they get caught doing something wrong, they will blatantly lie and make you to blame.

There is lots of crime, graffiti, and loud people walking around at all hours. Since it became low income housing, we have had smoke bombs in the washers and dryers, teenagers vandalizing property, and even worse management.

They turned our water off without any notice and when it finally came back it was brown water.

They will hold your rent check until FAR after it is due, and then charge late fees and tell you it was your mistake. We have had to call the police numerous times, as the surrounding neighborhood is not any better.



Do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY FAST from these horrible apartments.
