Here I come to the sunny state of California on my mustang horse, cowgirl hat, cowgirl boots, and spurs from the great state of Texas with no home to live! I was literally living out of a suitcase for several weeks in corporate hotels.



I found Chris Palomares on Craigslist. What caught my eye about the post was it was simple get to the point. I didn't have to read 2830324 pages on my iPhone screen because when you are on the go like me you don't have time to sit there and read a long post about how many bugs have walked through that house.



I called him first to tell him what I wanted and I needed to find a home ASAP as my husband in Texas was packed with all of our furiture waiting for a house to move in.



I was honest and upfront with Chris about my husband and I's credit history so we didn't waste each other's time. We were credit challenged for many reasons. My husband had an open bankruptcy that wasn't final until a few months and I had an eviction 6 years ago due to an old roommate who basically bailed. We were denied numerously from other property management companies. So it was $70.00 after $70.00 of application fees of NO NO NO NO NO DENIED just for those reasons but we had a combined substantial salary and had documentation from our prior tenants of good rental history as well but that didn't work for the property management teams because of those reasons. I was basically ripping my hair out everyday and mailing it to my husband whom was still in Texas. As I was blabbing on for 20580394850435 hours . . . Chris responded with one simple answer and as simple as his craigslist posting, "We will get you moved in and you will be squared away." No ifs, ands, and buts. He was very confident and made me feel at ease that there is sitll hope and I won't be sitting under the I5 bridge drinking a margarita out of a bag.



Chris's team sent me listing of email listings within 24 hours of houses that fit my criteria I wanted and I met with him to see a few of the houses. Then he sends out applications to these properties. These houses were really nice and not in an area of town where I have to wear a bullet proof vest. VOILA BAM approved! He was like an angel that dropped down from the gods of real estate. I turned around and pointed at myself like ME really ME! Well someone slap me silly and call me DARLIN! It was TRUE!



So when I say this I mean it from the bottom of my texas cowgirl boots . . . I can't emphasize how happy I am with his services. He was as simple as his craigslist posting.



DONT WASTE YOUR APPLICATION MONEY ON OTHER PROPERITES. COME TO CHRIS!



I will be returning to Chris as soon as my husband's bankruptcy is final and we will be purchasing a new home. Chris you rock!!!

These guys were awesome....I was looking for a nice place to lease and no one took the time to help me other than Chris over at Colony Realtors. I was not able to get my loan modified so I was forced to Short Sale my house...these guys got my home short sold and at the same time helped me lease a beautiful home...no games no BS...straight up guy that showed excellent customer service. Thanks Chris!!
