He deserve negative but there is no option. The business is complete cheat. He offered to sell me Nissan Versa, I called him before starting but on reaching, I was told the car is sold. He offered to sell another and hid the fact that the car was badly accidented. After aggressive effort, I returned the car but he didn't return the tax paid. Later I was told by CA Franchise Board that the tax refund was claimed by him.

Please beware and deal on your own risk. After selling the car he talks very rudely and use abusive language.

He buys cars from auctions that are considered totaled/salvaged, but not reported. He owns his own auto body shop and fixes the damage. Then he sells the cars for full price stating there is no damage to car and gives you the carfax report showing it's never been in an accident. This is fraudulent, non-disclosure and a safety hazard due to possible airbag deployment. The only reason we found out is because by the grace of God it rained the day after we bought the car and the whole trunk flooded. We then noticed that the vin# on the trunk was different than the rest of the car. We took the car back and he promised to have the leak fixed. He said it was no big deal it was probably just a fender bender. We had to take the car back 4 times. We also noticed problems with the passenger airbag light. It kept going on and seemed faulty, so not sure if he just had it disabled? Finally, we took the car to a mechanic to put the car on a lift and it shows the whole back end of the car was replaced. It was sloppily slapped back together and welded sloppy and painted to try to cover it up. It also had an exhaust leak. He sold this car as an undamaged 2016 for full price. The car should have a salvaged title and should have cost us $5,000.00 less than what he charged us. We would have never gone to look at the car, much less buy it if we knew it was that damaged. We wouldn’t have made the purchase if we knew it was even in a fender bender. We didn't get what we were told we were purchasing.
