Great American Auto Glass

I was getting ready to sell my car and came in for a windshield. They told me the day before to come in and would take roughly 45 min. I went in on that Saturday and was there almost 3 hours. They kept telling me just a few more minutes over and over. I finally went to the back to ask how much longer and the windshield wasn't even put in yet. Eventually, when they told me the car was ready I paid and was told not to take off the tape on the windshield for 3 days. My husband said you can take the tape off within 24-48 hours. We took it off and they had broken the Pillar Post to the car. They over killed it with tape to try and hide it. They told me 3 days because it was memorial weekend and didn't want to deal with it. I went back the following Tuesday and one of the techs denied that they had done it. Finally after talking with the owner named Ivan, he said they had already ordered the part and would be there in a couple of days. 3 WEEKS LATER they finally said they had received the part and had to paint it. I went in to to have it installed and when I got home I noticed the paint was botched up on the bottom of the post and had large chunks of dirt or something all through the paint. ALSO, there was a huge scratch in it like they had dropped it and had removed the paint on it. ALSO, when they painted it - it was a totally different color than the rest of the car!!!!! I called the owner when I got home. Ivan told me I will call the shop and call you back in just a few minutes...… HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK AND IGNORED ALL MY CALLS!!!!!!!! THEY NEVER MADE IT RIGHT!!!!! Don't go there or you will be sorry!!!!!! We went because they were cheaper but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star!!!!!!
