ER Energy Propane

ER Energy provided outstanding service installing propane tank and providing prompt propane deliveries.

Now that this business is owned by a "big guy", I would avoid them. Service used to be personal and attentive, now all you hear is how busy they are and cannot get to you. I cancelled the service over a month ago, the new people in the home had a new tank installed because they could not get it filled. Now the ugly tank that I paid rental on sits on the road like an ugly ad.

AVOID ER ENERGY LIKE THE CLAP>>>>



one of ER energy's employees, Valerie St Pierre stole a check that I sent ER energy as advance payment, then she claimed it was lost so I would reissue the check, I did and she tried to cash the stolen check.



fortunately I did a stop payment but now the management of ER energy is trying to push the whole thing under the rug so I have had to go file a criminal charge against St.Pierre .



the management acknowledges that St.peirre had my stolen check but refuses to act in any way to help me retrieve the stolen check and in addition after 4 months is asking they refuse to replace a faulty tank or refund me the Stop payment charges I am incurring until I can get the check ER energy's employee stole from the incoming mail.



I have made every effort both by phone and E-mail to get some sort of response regarding Valerie St.Pierres' actions but they are intent on covering it up.



I guess they should not have accidentally sent me evidence St.Pierre stole the check...
