These people are great! I had two deer processed. Awesome summer sausage! Had my deer back in 4 days!

This was the worst place I have ever taken a deer to be processed. It took them 3 weeks. I asked to have both hinds in steaks and the front in hamburger. I got 4 6in. by 6 in. steaks. they tell me thats average for 1 hindquarter and they made the other 3 into hamburger. I also ordered 3 sticks of summer sausage and they attribute the wait to that. By all means take your deer somewhere else unless you want them to enjoy some of your deer too. For 100 bucks needless to say i,m less than happy!
