How sad that a company that claims to be a local home town business only has emergency hours between 9 and 5. We live on a farm and have had no water all day. We Called and called for assistance and were told someone would call back. Finally at 8 pm was told by the answering service now that they do not take emergency calls after 5 pm this after speaking to Nicole, Melissa,and finally Oscar who assured us we would get an immediate call back. Sure glad that as a nurse I don't stop responding to emergencies after 5!!!! So off to buy bottled water for all our animals glad it was only 90 today! Thanks Ransom Brothers!
