All of our award winning embroidery designs, digitizing embroidery and stitching are done In-house. Our web site explains our process, shows samples of our work and provides a catalog to choose your garments. We design for car clubs, motorcycle clubs, corporations and individuals. Our work includes custom digitizing, custom embroidery, leather embroidery, motorcycle vests, baseball caps, bags and arm bands. We will help you design a product that suits your need.

Stitch Castle is run by an amazing man, who was able to finish my daughter's items for school the same day and he does extremely details embroidery too. We for sure will be getting all our items embroidered here because aside from the wonderful customer service, he has a price that just can’t be bet.

Not good customer service. Lac...

Not good customer service. Lacking in communication big time! When I tried to email and call with no response and then my items were not ready the owner didn't have any curteosy or make an effort to try and get my items done ---that were needed for gifts that needed to be given to clients. I was bringing at least 10 items and sometimes 15-20 a month. That might not be high volume to him, but don't I deserve a little courtesy. When I came to pick my INCOMPLETE items I simply said that an "I'm sorry I didn't read the emails etc would have helped a lot" and he said "I'm not sorry!" Not sorry??? Not sorry for not communicating with a customer??? Then I said "Geeze, we are all humans, we all have some role in this, if you can't take a little personal responsibility for this going wrong, you've got big problems" to which he replied "my customers are my problem!" Don't go there!
