Southgate Comm Public Library

I recently visited Southgate and was pleased with all I encountered. Walking inside the library the first thing that caught my eye was how well organized and clean the facility was. The books on display were current and in excellent condition. What most struck me however was the sense of community inside the library. I got the feeling that the library and it's staff are truly serving this community. The children's section was bright and welcoming and there were several children coloring at tables and engaged in quiet reading with parents and care givers. Over time I have now become aware that the library staff Katherine , Angie and Claire are hard working individuals with excellent customer service skills who truly enjoy serving the community through library services and great community programming. Southgate library is one of the hidden gems in the Southeast Raleigh Community!
