Rite Choice Taxi

Just got back from my trip, and I have to say I was very impressed with both the drivers and vehicles of Desoto. The drivers were always friendly, professional, and fast. Comfy and clean cabs. I was reminded how nice they were the moment I go back to my home town and took a cab from the airport here. Big difference, sad to say. Keep up the good work!

I was in a rush to get to the airport and received an excellent service. They were very professional and on time. I will used them again.

Waited over an hour in the cold. The driver was too lazy to get out of his car so he claimed he couldn't find us and left. Do NOT use this car service.

I used a different taxi firm to get to my hotel from Raleigh AIrport. Journey was 9 miles (per google map) and I was charged $8. I took Rite Choice for a journey of 7.1 miles from Streets at Southpoint Mall (per gogle map) and I was charged $20!!! Rite choice charge two and a half times more per mile than other taxi firms (and they lock you in until you pay!).

Took a cab from CH to Durham--was quoted one price (flat fee), when we got to our destination they said it would actually be more...when we would only pay the original price, the cab driver LOCKED HIS DOORS and tried to drive off with us still in there...we actually had to call the cops from inside the van to be let out--dont EVER use this company, it is not safe at all!!

Bad! - took once to airport from RTP area, was overcharged 40% more from standard fare like $18 (compare with rdu airport taxi inc.) to $25. The taxi meter jumps faster than usual, and no meter receipt, just a blank bill paper, and driver was rude when asked for receipt. Never again.
