Regatta at Lake Lynn

Regatta at Lake Lynn was horrible. The model home looks nothing like the apartment they tried to move me into. I never even moved in because the condition of the apartment was so bad. It was dark, dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke and there were bugs crawling all over the living room floor and up the walls. The manager Peggy told me there were only a couple of bugs in the apartment so she didn't see anything wrong with it. They then tried to charge me 3 months rent to get out of the lease. After repeatedly calling the regional managers of Bell Properties I was finally allowed to transfer to another community under the same management. Don't waste your time or money!
