After a long 12 hours on the job, on the way home my transmission cable broke, and disabled my vehicle in traffic, Ray and Nick responded, provided a solution and placed my vehicle safely in my yard. Nick took a chance on me paying for my nephew’s towing service via phone. He’s in college and didn’t have funds on him. He was very professional and text me a copy of the receipt within seconds. He made sure my nephew was taken care of. Hope not to need any tow service anytime in the future. However, if so while in the Raleigh area, Nicks Towing and Roadside Services is definitely who is I would trust.

My car battery was dead as a doornail! Not a good thing to happen on campus in a metered parking area. Nick was there in just a few minutes to the rescue! Very fast, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
