You walk out of your front door & your at someone Else's back door. Even though they are still moving in new trailers every other day.There is people that hang clothes from their back porch but people who have kids toys (buckets,shovels,balls) get fined 100$ each time after the first warning. The management is very rude. The rent goes up every few months. There is trash and broken glass at the park they expect kids to play at but they cant clean up right behind the office. they cant keep their own back yard clean but can whine and complain about a toy in a yard that children will play with everyday after school. They do not repair things in the house like they say they will in the contract.says in the contract no dogs bigger than a medium breed dog. Yet there are rottweilers and pit bull. One of the entrances is so horrible to get in and out of. car lot on one side & car wash on the other. both use the street as parking. Security officer is a joke(doughnuts). will be adding pics soon.
