Terrible service. The server and her manager lied to my networking group that has been meeting there since June of 2012. The waitress was rude and argumentative with some of the members at our meeting this past Wednesday. Her manager then lied about what happened to cover for his waitress. Bad customer service and bad management. They asked us not to come back. We never want to.



You don't argue with customers. You especially don't argue after the customer has asked to speak to the manager. And then if you are the manager you don't say that the customer said and did things that other witnesses say didn't happen. And you don't say you were standing so close that you hear everything that was said when you know you were in the kitchen the entire time. Because if you had been standing that close why didn't you come up and talk to the upset customer when he first asked to speak to you.



Luckily we were able to find an even more private and accommodating meeting location. Very poor service.

THE MANAGER ,FEMALE GOT ANGRY AT ME BECAUSE I COMPLAINED.THE TWO OTHERS WHITE OLDER OBESE MALES GOT ANGRY AT ME BECAUSE I COMPLAINED.THEY NOT SAY ANYTHING EXCEPT I HEARD YOU.IN A RUDE WAY.THE HOSTESS WERE ONLY NICE TO MALE CUSTOMERS AND CONTINUALLY RUDE TO FEMALE TABLES ONLY. I HAD TO ASK THE WHITE YOUNG FEMALE OBESE HOSTESS WITH DIRTY CLOTHES TO HELP ME. SHE NOT SAY ANYTHING TO ME MUCH.WHEN SHE TALKED TO ME SHE WAS RUDE. I SAT DOWN AT THE BOOTH AND SHE TOLD ME SHE NOT WANT ME TO SIT THERE AND SHE YELLED AT ME. DEMANDED AND YELLED AT ME TO SIT AT A TABLE NEAR THE WINDOW. THE WHITE YOUNG MALE I THINK HIS NAME WAS MICHAEL.THE WAITER SAW ME HE CONTINUED TO GOSSIP WITH HIS MALE AND FELMALE CUSTOMER FRIENDS. I HAD TO STARE AT HIM TO WAIT ON ME. HE TOLD ME HE NOT WANT TO WRITE DOWN MY ORDER BECAUSE HE NOT WANT TO DO IT.I HAD TO RAISE MY VOICE AT HIM TO DO HIS JOB.HE WOULD INTERRUPT ME ASK ME IF I WAS FINISHED.I WAS NOT. AFTER I ANSWERED HIS QUESTION. HE WOULD REPEAT IT. HAD TO ASK HIM TO STOP DOING IT.HE WOULD LOOK AT OTHER PEOPLE WHILE HE WOULD WAIT ON ME. NOT FINISHED ORDERING HE WOULD WALK AWAY FROM ME. THE LONGER HE WAITED ON ME. THE MORE ANGRY HE GOT AT ME. AND HE WOULD YELL AT ME.AFTER I ASKED HIM WHAT I WANTED TO DRINK HE WOULD WAIT ON OTHER PEOPLE.I ASKED HIM TO GET MY DRINK.HE SAID THE WHITE YOUNG MALE HE WANTED TO WAIT ON OTHER PEOPLE. THE CUSTOMERS HAD TO ASK HIM TO DO HIS JOB. HE BROUGHT ME MY DRINK AND GAVE ME A RUDE LOOK.HE WOULD GOSSIP WITH HIS MALE AND FEMALE YOUNG WHITE FRIENDS INSTEAD OF COMING BACK TO MY TABLE TO SEE IF I NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE. I HAD TO ASK AN OLDER WHITE HAIR FEMALE MANAGER TO ASK HIM TO COME BACK TO MY TABLE. SHE WOULD JUST STARE AT ME WITH A RUDE LOOK AND NOT DO ANYTHING. THEN LEFT AND DID ASK MY WAITER TO DO JOB. MICHAEL WOULD COME BACK TO MY TABLE AND LEAVE MY TABLE AND THEN RUN AWAY. AND GIVE ME FOOD. HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY FRUIT I ORDERED. THOUGH HE CHARGED IT ON MY CHECK. HE WOULD GIVE MY CHECK AND THROW IT ON THE TABLE AND RUN AWAY.WHEN HE BROUGHT ME MY FOOD HE TRIED TO PUT HIS FINGER IN THE FOOD. I HAD TO ASK HIM TO COME BACK AND FINISH HIS JOB I HAD PAYMENT. HE GAVE ME THE CHECK/CREDIT SLIP AND RAN AWAY.I HAD TO ASK HIM TO COME BACK AND DO THE JOB. HE GAVE ME A RUDE LOOK AND EXPECTED ME TO TIP HIM.SAW NOT TIP HIM,WAITER.I TOLD THE STORE MANAGER HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE FRUIT HE CHARGED ME FOR.SHE STARTED TO YELL AT ME NOT TO COME BACK.I HAD TO YELL AT HER TO GET A REFUND.THE STORE MANAGER,WHITE OLDER FEMALE ONLY NICE TO MALE CUSTOMERS AND SHE TRIES TO START FIGHTS WITH FEMALE CUSTOMERS.
