        COMFORTER DOWNER

        TOOK MY DOWN COMFORTER TO FALLS RIVER CLEANERS AND RECEIVED IT BACK WITH A HOLE AND FEATHERS FLYING OUT OF IT. WAS TOLD THEY WOULD FIX IT BUT THEN GOT IT BACK STATING IT HAD MORE THAN ONE HOLE IN IT AND WOULD NOT BE FIXED WITH A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER THAT THE COMFORTER MUST HAVE BEEN OLD. THE COMFORTER WAS AT THE MOST THREE YEARS OLD AND I HAVE HAD IT CLEANED BEFORE AND IT DID NOT COME BACK DAMAGED. I JUST ASKED FOR THE $35 I WAS CHARGED TO HAVE IT CLEANED BACK AND THE OWNER, WHO RELAYED ANOTHER MESSAGE TO ME, SAID IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME. THE OWNER WILL NOT CALL ME AND IS NEVER THERE. I NOW HAVE A USELESS COMFORTER AND I AM OUT $35.

        Cleanup on aisle 6!

        This place is just nasty. It has a musty smell, when you walk through the door. It's not in a bad location, and I don't get why it stinks. The shelves are overcrowded.
