        Serena is very knowledgeable about products & the chemistry involved. Very up to date on hair styling & coloring. I sought out this salon because of the use of organic products & an all natural developer. She only uses the top quality products and my hair looked very natural. It was very different from previous salons where the hair color was so full of chemicals that it took my breath away and burned my scalp. Organic/natural is the way for me! BTW, Serena is very hospitable and friendly as well.

        Serena really messed my nails up. All nail beds were bleeding when I left the lounge,. Went back to have her redo them and all chipped off 3 days later. Serena blamed it on me and refused to fix. Now trying to get rid of the best employee she has ever had.

        Do not cater to Serena; instead, call Sophia.

        I went to Serena for a trim and organic Keratin tratment. I was so pleased to have someone listen to exactly what I wanted. Serena sat down and had a conversation with me about my hair and listened to everything I said. Her cut was the best cut I have had. The keratin treatment has made my curly hair much more managable. I am able to easily have the straight hair I have always wanted! I have recommended this salon to friends and they love their results as well!!

        Beauty lounge, although not what you would expect from the outside, the inside was so nice and quaint. I loved the atmosphere and chatting w/ my nail tech, Ian was so much fun. He even did a little bit of singing for me! I went for the first time on a deal from GroupOn but I fully intend to make it back soon. Great job to the owner Serena!
