Beacon Cleaners

Great dry cleaners! I have been coming here for the past 5 years and never once encountered a problem.

Been meaning to write this review for some time so here it goes... GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER. My family took our clothes here when the location was convenient and they were just so great. We moved to North Raleigh and still make the extra drive because their service makes it worth it.

So what really prompted me to write this review was the fact that the day before I was visiting Boston I realized I hadn't picked up my clothes. My flight was at 6 am the following morning and when I looked at the clock I realized it was a minute until closing time (on a Friday) and I was at least a 15 minute drive away. I called and they literally kept the shop open to wait for me to pick up my stuff. It's nice to see this level of customer service is still out there. The lady was smiling and sweet. They will always have my family as loyal customers!

Not sure what these other people are on about never had a bad experience very friendly customer service and very convenient good prices and very good work

My all white linen suit was drop off on 7-26-2013 at Beacon Cleaners to be cleaned and pressed. The clerk stated that my suit will be ready tomorrow after 4:00 pm. When I arrived to pick up my white linen suit I noticed that my suit had yellow stains on the jacket. Another customer arrived to pick-up his all white linen suit only to have the same yellow stains.After talking to the owner he stated that he could not remove the stain. I owner was informed that suit did not have a stain when my suit was dropped off. i also informed the owner that another customer has the same yellow stain on the jacket. The owner stated that he would return to the dry cleaners at 7:00 pm. After waiting for over a hour the owner was a no show. I left a note with my name and number attached.



I will never go back to that place again and I would only support a true American business owner who truly understands customer service. I would recommend anyone of you not to go to this store.
