I sent my 15 year old daughter to have our dog checked for pregancy. I was quoted 165.00 over the phone. After checking the dog and $347.00 check over bill. They then charged my daughter 515.00 in the end. When I questioned the billing and the practices on manipulating a child instead of speaking to adults for service rendered they got defensive and ask that we not return. Of course Tonya (the office manager) knew she was wrong and could not provide signed documents showing pricing. She also stated to me if I want to see the records I would have to have my 15 year old daughter sign again lmfao! To let her parents see the biliing. Stay away!!!!! The are thieves!!! and Have no MORALS!!!!! Robbed my child , smiled and then say dont come back.



update 05/17/2012 Our dog had 3 healthy puppies and natural @ home. We took her to another LOCAL vet and was only charged $60.00(not $165.) to check if she was pregnant, which they confirmed with a simple check.Not a XRAY!!!! O.M.G!!(bill now$347.)Radiation to the poor puppies,then told maybe she has an infection...??? POOR decision made by the whole establishment and lets not forget the before you leave we need blood work ($$$) and WHAMMMM $500.+ plus bill! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so, so upset with this animal hospital. I am new to the area and needed to take my young, healthy pet in for his annual checkup. I picked this animal hospital and took my pet to this place. The vet, an incredibly obese woman who seemed to have breathing problems, diagnosed my pet as borderline obese. I was shocked to hear that and asked how much weight my pet needed to lose. She refused to quantify her answer at first, and then finally blurted out, "two pounds is fine." What??! Then she painted this doomsday scenario of my pet needing every shot under the sun or else he'd get all types of horrible diseases (including AIDS) and I was so worried that I signed up for everything. Well, all the shots they recommended ran me a bill of almost $500!! Mind you, after I had paid the bill, they commended me on having such a strong, healthy pet! Imagine what it would have cost me if my pet had been sick?! I would NEVER go back there. They really should consider putting the health of an animal before their own greed and desire to frighten young, female pet owners into handing over their money!

Great service didn't have long wait. Professional courteous and efficient.
