After working in fitness programs at the YMCA in her native town near Buffalo, New York for several years, Jen attended Daemen College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy with a minor in Neurobiology in 1997. Soon after graduation, she moved to North Carolina and specialized in Spine. She became certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, MDT. While practicing there, she met Norm. They were married and began a family. They lived in many different states due to the requirements of Norm’s Active-Duty status. She has over 20 years’ experience in orthopedics, neuro rehab, vestibular conditions and specializes in spinal therapy. She has been in senior staff and supervisory positions in various clinics and was the Continuing Education Committee Chair for the Hawaii Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association.
