Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I travel all over the world and usually only rent at airports. But this establishment was by far the quickest rental I have had yet. Great jOB!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. On the other hand, my vehicle was not available hours after it was supposed to be so I had to sit there and wait for a while. Also the vehicle that we received was in poor condition. The seats were soiled, there were scratches in the interior, the charging port did not work, and a seat handle was broken. Not sure why that vehicle was still in service.

The staff is friendly and the service is pretty good, however there are a couple of things that need to be addressed.

The last car i rented had a big hole in the drivers floorboard. There was no mat of any sort. This was poor quality in my opinion.

Next, the gas tank was only at a quarter of a tank. Most places give you 3 quarters to a full tank.
