        First of all, I arrived before the store was open. So when we went in, there was a person ahead of us. The man working was Randy, andhe told us he wouldbe right with us. When it was our turn, he was so kind and patient. He showed me a few tricks on my new phone and he helped me set it up. I have never experienced such aweome customer service at a phone store. So, thank you Randy!
