        I went to the 33rd & Broadway branch to order checks. The lady was not very friendly. I never received them and after 3 weeks I called the branch and come to find out they never ordered them. The man on the phone did not apologize and said they could not rush order even though it was their mistake.

        A Bank That Remembers that People are First

        I have banked with First Bankers for half a year. All the tellers and bank associates have been friendly and helpful, particularly as I set up my accounts and my mobile banking ap. I got the personal attention and understanding of my question or concern when I needed it: something I have missed with the larger "corporate" banks with headquarters across the continent.
