This is a fantastic business! When I originally went in, I had NO IDEA what I needed, but I told them what I was hoping to get and they recommended me an entire sound system based off of what I told them that I absolutely LOVE!! Also, I really appreciated them breaking things down for me since I didn't understand the ins and outs and terminology of what I needed, and they also didn't try to sell me a bunch of crap I didn't want. All the sales guys I've talked to there have been very knowledgeable and I haven't had a bad experience to date, and I've gotten all my audio work done there. Nate has done all my installations...even on things I didn't buy at the store...and has also done a fantastic job. The only issue I ever had was with an auxiliary battery that "blew up" on me, I took it in, they didn't ask any questions, just took the broken one and gave me a brand new one!!! I honestly believe that this is the best place in Quincy to buy stereo equipment, and I'm so glad a friend recommended I go there because I couldn't be happier with them.
