Big Bend Transit

I have dyalsis treatments on Tues.thurs,and Saturdays.my schedule does not

change.it has been this way for months.I am wheelchair bound.yet every morning I roll myself to the l live on(avoiding traffic) they will not enter in the

driveway for pick-up,or drop-off.last Saturday I waited from 9:00 to10:50.waiting to be picked up.I missed a Saturday treatment which is suppose to "carry"me to the tues. treatment four days without dyalisis

puts a strain on your entire system.your company has no one manning

the shop even for half-days,on saturdays. Clients have no one to call to avoid

screw-ups like this in the future .this tells big bend does not care what happens to their riders.how will you rectify this,before someone gets hurt.
