Do NOT purchase your pet from this store!

We purchased a puppy only to discover after ONE day of ownership that the dog had double pneumonia and SHOULD NEVER have been sold to us! Our Vet told us the puppy would need hospitalization and would possibly have long term health problems. I called The Pet Zone on numerous occasions - but no one calls you back. The store personnel tells you that the 'regional manager' will speak with you - but you never hear from them. This is truly the WORST experience I have ever had. This store has no business being in the pet business. They are abusive to their customers and their pets! What should have brought us great joy - has given us nothing be heartache! I do not know how this place is still in business.

Today my daughter awoke to find her Bunny, purchased 2 weeks ago from ur store dead....When she called the store she was told by courtney, come in we'll give u ur money back....Um really!! I then called and spoke to manager amber who said no refunds, store credit or another bunny, wtf? I asked to speak to a higher up, she said they wont call u back, u have to deal with me, I said well I'm holding my daughters dead bunny rabbit what do I do? she replies I dont deal with dead things, I said I'm an Emt I can assure u he is dead. She said well if u don't wana come in today I'll make a note I'm leaving....Wow....I then called Glens Falls Animal Hospital, they said bring him down, 6 techs stood there with complete compassion and assured me he would be taken care of, cremated and returned to us in a beautiful gold tin...It's $100...I don't care about the $, I cared about how my daughter was treated, with comapassion from the Vet, like a number from the store where he was purchased...Merry Christmas "The Pet Zone" in Aviation Mall, thanks for nothing!
