I make the mistake of hiring LR to renovate my apartment in Brooklyn. They were beyond terrible. They took 2 mos longer than they said they would to do simple kitchen and bathroom, renovation and painting. Every week they demanded more money claiming they did allocate for this and that. They put in the wrong tiles in the bathroom and balcony and had to rip it out again. They also left me without a toilet for over a month. Thankfully my condominium has a public one, I could use. I repeatedly asked them to send more people and everyday they would only send one person which make this project crawl along. They ordered the wrong sink for the bathroom and blamed the supplier for ordering the wrong one. They installed the shower floor wrong and blamed the leak in the shower on the glass guy they hired who had no affiliation with them. Of course the glass guy proved it was their fault as they did not place the tiles correctly for proper drainage. This company will scam you, cheat you and you may or may not get what you were promised. I should have taken them to court, but I am just so busy at work I had no time. Avoid this company at all costs.
